Cancellation Policy

- A no call no show will be charged price for FULL SERVICE that is scheduled. - Cancellation within a 24 hour period are subject to a 75% cancellation fee of the booked service and/or deposit is forfeited. Canceling an appointment within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged as a no show at 100% fee of the booked service. - Deposits are REQUIRED! - DEPOSITS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. - If a client reschedules within a 24 hour period, they must reschedule and pay a new deposit. These terms are in place because your time and mine are valuable. Please reschedule your appointment accordingly to avoid fees. Cancellations and No shows are monitored and continued behavior will be banned from future booking and/or service charge will be required before service scheduling. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES PLEASE CONTACT WITHIN 24 HOURS TO HAVE IT RECTIFIED.
